Role Information
We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who has experience in the management of minor illness/injury, with a qualification of Level 7 and a prescribing qualification. Experience of chronic disease management is also desirable for this post.

- 4 Practice Paramedics undertaking home visits

- Well established SystmOne GP Practice
- Close to Clumber Park, A1 and M1 and within easy commuting distance from Sheffield, Doncaster, Chesterfield and Mansfield. London less than 1.5 hours by train
