We are recruiting for an experienced full or part-time Nurse Practitioner

Line Manager: Nurse Manager
Location: Across our four sites as required
Hours: Full-time or part-time
Salary: Competitive Salary

Role Information

We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who has experience in the management of minor illness/injury, with a qualification of Level 7 and a prescribing qualification. Experience of chronic disease management is also desirable for this post.

  • 10 GP Partners, 12 Salaried GPs
  • 4 Practice Paramedics undertaking home visits
  • 3 Practice Pharmacists assisting with medication reviews
  • Experienced Management Team
  • Experienced and well developed nurse and administrative team, including Nurse Practitioners
  • Established Primary Care Network
  • High achieving Practice
  • Well established SystmOne GP Practice
  • Close to Clumber Park, A1 and M1 and within easy commuting distance from Sheffield, Doncaster, Chesterfield and Mansfield.  London less than 1.5 hours by train
