Staff wellbeing is a top priority for us. We have four wellbeing champions, who regularly attend training sessions focused on keeping our team happy and healthy. Our team have Westfield Health coverage at no cost and access to health support from a number of our partners. We provide free tea and coffee, and regularly provide extra treats such as fruit baskets and coffee machine pods.
