The Health and Care Bill of 2022 introduced Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) to take over the functions of Clinical Commissioning Groups. Additionally, it legally defines the function of Integrated Care Partnerships as the forum where health, social care, voluntary sector, and other stakeholders collaborate as part of an Integrated Care System (ICS).
In line with the governmental boundary adjustments declared in 2021, the inclusion of Bassetlaw into the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System was embraced, effective from July 1, 2022.
