Phone Lines
Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:30. The surgery is open for pre-booked appointments on Saturdays, but our phone lines are closed.
Our phone lines can be extremely busy and we encourage patients that have access to the internet to use our Online Access Tool.
Extended Hours
We offer extended hours appointments across our sites throughout the week – see site opening hours for details. In addition patients can access appointments at practices elsewhere in Bassetlaw on Friday evenings, Bank Holidays and Sundays. These are bookable by contacting your usual surgery.
Out of Hours Service
When we are closed, patients should contact 111 for medical advice. A dedicated call centre will deal with your enquiry and advise as necessary. You may be offered an appointment to attend the Bassetlaw Hospital or be dealt with immediately as necessary.
In a life-threatening emergency, you should call 999. Chest pains, severe shortness of breath, severe abdominal pain or signs of a stroke are examples of an emergency.
